- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced contract to provide Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Financial Consulting Services on a monthly basis as needed should the occasion arise to review and analyze financial and business reports of the Fort Stewart / Hunter Army Airfield family housing project and the Fort Stewart UPH housing project. Monthly services include evaluating and analyzing the financial performance of each project and providing a written summary of findings monthly. The NAICS code is 523999 and the small business standard is $6.5 Mil. A written solicitation will be posted o/a 22 August 2008 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The due date for proposals is 28 August 2008 @ 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, at 976 William H. Wilson Avenue, Building 621, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314.
