See attached Performance Work Statement dated 27 June 2008 QUANTITY: 1 YEAR DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 (CLIN 1001) for Hazard Deficiency Reporting Software maintenance for Option Year I. See attached Performance Work Statement dated 27 June 2008 QUANTITY: 1 YEAR DESIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 (CLIN 2001) for Hazard Deficiency Reporting Software maintenance for Option II.
