- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) forthe procurement of Integrated Intra Squad RadioHearing Protection Headsets(IISR-HPH) system comprised of a single radio version and a dual radioversion to support the United States Marine Corp. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery, IndefiniteQuantity, Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Item contract in accordance with FARPart 12, for the procurement of IISR Headsets. This procurement will beconducted under full and open competition on an unrestricted basis. The estimated release date for the formal RFP is on or about 1 October 2008.It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of thesolicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsiblefordownloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paperdistribution of these documents will be provided. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 andthe size standard is 750 employees.
