- The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Thermo Fisher Scientific, LLC, 275 Aiken Road, Asheville, NC 28806-2210 for the following: 1 EA: XLp 703 Lead Paint and Multi element thin and bulk sample ANALYZER; 1 EA: Bluetooth Mode W; and 1 EA: Wireless portable printer. NO SUBSTITUTE ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The NAICS Code for this procurement 333999. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. The lowest technically acceptable price will be given the award. If no responses are received within seven (7) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Thermo Fisher Scientific, LLC. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
