- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with FAULK Corporation, 3001 W. Canal Street, Milwaukee, WI 53208, to ensure the hydroelectric turbine system at Webbers Falls powerhouse are operating at the same level as they were originally installed. This is a special type part manufactured only by this corporation. A solicitation is available and request for solicitation will be considered for further consideration. Anticipated award of this procurement is no later than 30 Sep 2008. ALL TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING DATA RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE DISTRIBUTED USING THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES SITE.
