- Install Vinyl Composition Tile in the dorm buildings. These buildings are two level structures. The project will include the removal of existing floor coverings and cove base in the dorm rooms and common areas and the installation of VCT in these same areas. The FGJCC will provide all the materials needed. The contractor will provide labor and material to prepare floors to accept VCT, dust control methods and labor and tools for the installation of the new flooring. FGJJ is located in Flint, MI.
