- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a project to Install a Sliding Gate at the 106th Rescue Wing. The task will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-08-R-0023 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, effective 12 June 2008. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 2 PM on 11 September 2008 at the 106th Civil Engineering Conference Room, F.S. Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY. All potential bidders are required to notify Fred Rodriguez at Fred.Rodriguez@nysuff.ang.af.mil if you plan to attend. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 238990 and the size standard is $13 million. Firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made.
