- This is amendment 0001 for Request for Proposals (RFP)FA9604-08-R-7028 and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFP shall be voluntary. This RFP is being issued in anticipation of an award. Required services consist of the following: (1) Project Planning; (2) Monitor AFGLSC 401 SCMS/GUMD Appropriate Data Systems; (3) System/Model Issues: (4) Query and Analyses Support; (5) Web Oriented Services; (6) Management Review; and (7) Education, Training, and Team Participation. A Transmittal Letter of Request for Proposal and RFP are attached. Sources responding to this RFP should review the attached information and instructions before preparing a proposal.
