- Description
- The United States Geological Survey (USGS), Western Region, intends to make a non-competitive service contract award to Northern Management Services (NMS) of Sandpoint, ID for the installation of an automatic transfer switch with manual bypass on ONAN generator located in USGS ofices in Menlo Park, CA The Government intends to award this requirement non-competitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and the procedures of FAR Part 12, entitled, "Acquisition of Commercial Items." Contract is being awarded to NMS as they are under contract to GSA to manage USGS facilities in Menlo Park, CA and are most familiar with the work to be done. Any interested concern may submit a propsal no later than the closing date of this announcement. All response must be in writing, by email to the Contract Specialist, Joseph Riccomini, at jriccomini@usgs.gov.
