- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, Arizona intends to issue solicitation RFQ61511-003-09, for the provision of QUARTERLY KOSHER- SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and delivery dates will begin October 06, 2008 thru October 10, 2008, (with exact dates shown within the solicitation.) Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Tucson, 9300 S. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, Arizona 85756. This contract type is a firm fixed price contract with firm fixed unit prices. The Government reserves the right to make formal, single or multiple awards. The award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) who submit(s) the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. This solicitation is distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available.
