NSN 5985-01-535-6264, Coupler, Antenna, Thales Comm. P/N 798013-000-001 only, qty 2 each. 6. NSN 5998-01-535-4355, Circuit Card Assy, Thales Comm. P/N 700183-536-001 only, qty 12 each. 7. A firm, fixed priced type is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. It is the Government’s belief that only Thales Communications, Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer, possesses the required capabilities to successfully manufacture these parts to ensure proper form, fit, and function. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! The U.S. Coast Guard does NOT possess the data rights to the specifications and drawings and other technical data. This information is proprietary to Thales Communications, Inc. It is the Government’s intention to solicit and negotiate only with Thales Communications Inc. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to manufacture these components are invited to submit complete and current information discussing their capabilities within 5 calendar days from the day this notice is posted. The following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptability of the offered parts: 1) complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physical functional characteristics or 2) data that offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government or the original equipment manufacturer. No cost or pricing is required. This is not a solicitation. This is a request for information only. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall not be considered for this acquisition. The submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1.
