- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice pursuant to issuing solicitation number M00681-08-T-0099 for miscellaneous telephone and communication consumables and tools for Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton. This solicitation was previous advertised via a sources sought notice which indicated this requirement was to be an 8(a) competitive set-aside under NAICS code 423690 (size standard 100). An amended sources sought notice was issued to change the requirement from an 8(a) competitive set-aside to a 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis/pre-solicitation notice also changes the NAICS code from 823690 "Other Electronic Parts and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers" (size standard 100 employees) to 335999 "All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing" (size standard 500 employees). This synopsis/pre-solicitation notice is to provide 329 line items for a wide array of miscellaneous telephone and communication consumables and tools. The spreadsheet containing a listing of all 329 items is available with the solicitation. Location of delivery is Camp Pendleton, Ca. The requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The government is soliciting quotations and a written solicitation number M00681-08-T-0099 is hereby issued. The solicitation and resulting contract will be awarded utilizing FAR parts 12 and 13.5 procedures. Offerors MUST provide pricing on ALL line items in order for their quotation to be responsive. Quotations which do not contain pricing on all line items will be deemed non-responsive and will be excluded from the evaluation process.
