- ***This Contract is pending fund availability in Fiscal Year 2009.*** Location – Jefferson Township, T6N R14E Sec 6,8 Excavate approximately 2400 linft of drainage ditch, fill approximately 4200 linft of existing drainage ditches, excavate a diversion ditch, construct 5400 linft of berm, install 2 water level control structures, remove 3 culverts, search for and destroy approximately 12,500 linft of drainage tile, remove approximately 100 large trees, seed 149 acres of prairie and 21 acres of disturbed area as shown on the plans and specifications for the purpose of restoring habitat of the Wetland Restoration Program site in Jefferson County. The work will involve excavation/fill of approximately 40,250 cuyds. Performance time, including mobilization and 6 days for inclement weather is 34 calendar days assuming 10 hr work days, 5 day work weeks, and 2 pieces of heavy equipment. Earthwork shall be completed by Nov 30, 2007. Full plans and specifications will be posted with the solicitation on/about September 8, 2008. Hard-copies of plans will not be provided.
