- Turn-Key Digital Radiography System The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract to be negotiated on sole source basis with X-Ray Sales & Service Assoc. LLC, San Dimas, CA for a Digital Radiography System that must be compatible with current equipment. Unit characteristics:64 Mega-Pixel Images Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) system50 Micron pitch IP ReaderMenu driven Personal Computer Operating System Multi-Tasking and High Resolution Capabilities Delivery date shall be within 120 days after receipt of order. Proposed contract is to be for a commercial item and will be issued using Acquisition of Non-Commercial Item Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with X-Ray Sales & Service Assoc. LLC per FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations prior to synopsis closing date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISC/PS.
