- Pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(b), the Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics office intends to negotiate with Dr. John Riley, Veteran Owned Small Business to provide a Readjustment Counseling services at the VA Ventura Vet Center, California. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement based on response is solely within the discretion of the Government.
