- The Agency for this procurement is Department of the Army, Joint Contracting Command - Iraq, Theather Wide Requirements Division. Joint Contracting Command – Iraq, Theater Wide Requirements Division, is soliciting sources to provide media support services in support of Coalition forces. Contractors shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and other necessary equipment or services to meet mission requirements to provide full-scale services that advance the Coalition’s efforts in achieving its goals and objectives throughout Iraq. The efforts of these contracts will encompass the full range of communication, media relations, communication research, and public relations services required to meet the Government’s mission. These contracts are to provide for the production, verification of dissemination, and assessment of Government products which support comprehensive media campaigns supporting various lines of operation. The media to be utilized for the production, verification of dissemination, and assessment may include, but is not limited to, television, radio, newsprint, billboard placement, internet monitoring, text messaging and novelties. The Government will rely on these contracts to produce media products for Government dissemination to the Iraqi people that will engage target segments to achieve objectives. The scope of this contract will also include monitoring and reporting Arabic and Western print and electronic media, including gathering raw data, analyzing and reporting effectiveness of communication programs, developing and staffing communication plans, developing and providing public relations products, and identifying methods for applying products to improve the Government’s mission. The government intends to establish a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to fulfill this requirement.
