Description
Description: MOTOR, TORQUE NSN 6105-01-379-7775 IAW technical data package drawing nr 18876 12333943 amendment nr F dated 92 May 28 and support drawings. The data package is available at http://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders. IQC08211009008, Project RM08211001. FIRST ARTICLE/PREPRODUCTION APPROVAL CONTRACTOR TESTING REQUIRED. Critical Application Item/Configuration Control Applies. This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract for the base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity is 448 each. The maximum annual quantity is 672 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 168 each and is for the base year only. Delivery order minimum quantity is 168 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 448 each. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NOTE: SMALL BUSINESS DEALERS MUST SUPPLY THE ITEM MANUFACTURED BY A SMALL BUSINESS. Required delivery is 268 days - First Article Test 120 days, Government review/evaluation 30 days, delivery of items 118 days. If first article is waived, delivery is 118 days for the parts. Shipments to be to any CONUS stock facility listed on the individual delivery orders. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
