- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES IS AMENDED TO CHANGE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SAMPLES FROM 780 TO 1200 AND TO INCLUDE THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE PRE-WEIGHED FILTERS, SAMPLE COLLECTION BOTTLES, AND SHIPPING CHARGES BOTH WAYS.
