- Janitorial Services for Powell RD and Lolo Pass Visitor Center Powell Ranger District -The services to be accomplished under this request for quotations are janitorial services in buildings located at Powell Ranger Station, 45 miles West of Lolo, MT (MM 161.5 off Highway 12). Services include furnishing all labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals (except those designated as Government-furnished) to perform work in accordance with its specifications, terms and conditions. Lolo Pass Visitor Center - The location of the work is the Lolo Pass Visitor Center approximately 13 miles east of Powell Ranger Station. Specifically 3 restrooms located at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center. The men and women’s have 3 stalls each, and the unisex is one. The work includes emptying wastebaskets, restocking supplies, and cleaning all fixtures, tile floors and wall, and the diaper changing areas, shall be performed daily. This solicitation has 2 optional renewal years.
