- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Motorola XTL 5000 Consolettes) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0073 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3663. The small business size standards are 750 EMP. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5820. This solicitation is for the procurement Motorola XTL 5000 Consolettes name brand only. The requirement is listed as follows: The Government is seeking eighteen (18) Motorola XTL 5000 Consolettes-with local control, 380-470 Mhz. Band, 512 Modes, P25 Digital Narrowband Operation, Conventional/Smartnet/SmartZone System Software, P25 Trunking 9600 Baud Trunking, AES Encryption, OTAR/Multikey, Integrated 110/120V Power Supply, Desk Microphone, Type N-F Connector. The following P/Ns apply: L20QSS9PW1 N, G806, G51, G114, G361, G80, L791, G159, G843, G298, G78, L146, TRN7466A.Place of contract delivery will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twenty-nine Palms, CA 92278. The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
