- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Regional Medical Sciences Center, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, on a sole source basis, to conduct the surveillance on diarrhea etilogy and antimicrobial susceptibility for the Department of Enteric Diseases, AFRIMS.. No other company has a capability and adequate supporting staff to perform the work required by this contract. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other vendor would result in the additional costs to the Government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote. If no written responses are received at least fifteen (15) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
