- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN GARDEN CITY, NY STAR #: 8NY2061 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 59,445 rentable square feet in the Garden City, NY. The space should yield 51,692 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of twenty (20) surface parking spaces are required at no cost or reasonable commercials rates within a two-block radius of the offered space. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Northern Boundary:Hillside Drive S Southern Boundary:S. Hempstead Turnpike Eastern Boundary:Rt 135 Western Boundary:Franklin Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The space should be ready for occupancy on or about August 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
