- Fort Lee Contracting Office intends to award on a sole cource basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Spec Ops, Inc. 325 Hill Carler Pkwy Ste A, Ashland, VA 23005. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Spec Ops, Inc. is the only known source that offers Deployable Command Centers meeting the Government requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This notice is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this type of equipment to the Contractnig Officer via e-mail or fax 804-734-4633. A determinatino by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
