- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler AMC, Hawaii, has a requirement for balanced scorecard creation and cascading, initiative alignment, scorecard data audit support, web based balanced scorecard software and hosting of the software. Contract period of performance will be one year from date of award. Solitication W81K02-08-R-0179 for this requirement will be available on or about 5 Sep 08. POC is Ms. Sharon Jantoc, email sharon.jantoc@us.army.mil. It is the government's intent to award a sole source contract to ActiveStrategy, Inc. of East Norriton, PA due to compatibility with existing software/databases and required delivery date. However, all reasonable offers received in response to this notice will be considered.
