- The New Mexico National Guard has a requirement to procure 17 small Alaska type tents/shelters, several Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, and tent/shelter flooring. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, are applicable to this procurement. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns relating to NAICS: 314912. The solicitation will be available on or about August 25, 2008 with a closing date for quotes by September 09, 2008. All offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in a rejection of the same. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote to this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004.
