- The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) intends to modify the Firm-Fixed-Price Contract Number W15P7T-07-D-S202 to increase the contracts ordering ceiling from $2,000,000 to $8,600,000 and to add additional spares directly related the repair effort on a non-competitive basis under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to L-3 Communications, Electro-Optical Systems (L-3 EOS). The proposed contract modification to the existing contract will enable additional Task Orders (TOs) to be issued for depot level repair services for the AN/PVS-10(V)1, Sight, Night Vision Sniper Scope (SNS) and associated spares.
