The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of a Quantity of nine (9) each, Star Pyranometer with three (3) meter cable, MV Output; Part Number: 240-810; Quantity of thirteen (13) each, 0-1Vdc Temperature and Relative Humidity Probe; Part Number: 225-41382VC; Quantity of thirteen (13) each, Temperature/Relative Humidity Shield; Part Number: 225-41003VC; Quantity of six (6) each, Tower Mounting Arm 22 with mounting hardware for 240-8106 and a Quantity of six (6) each, Pyranometer Protective Housing 24VAC from Novalynx Corporation located at 4055 Grass Valley Highway STE 102, Auburn California, 95602-9156. Novalynx Corporation is the sole manufacturer and proprieter of this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items-FAC 2005-26 and Class Deviation 2005-o000 effective June 12, 2008. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
