- 1. To change Pickup of all Laundry Items will be at the Professional Education Center to read: Pickup of all Laundry items will be at buildings 1404, 2500 and 3500. These building are located on the Campus of the Professional Education Center located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR. 2. To change the Past Performance sub-factors from: Customer Satisfaction, Quality Control, Organization and Timeliness TO: Quality Control, Management Effectiveness, Technical Qualification/Experience and Timeliness. 3. The relative importance of the sub-factors are equal to each other. 4. To change the NAICS codes from: 812320 and 812332 TO: 812331. The small business size standard for NAICS code is $14 Million. 5. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on 4 September 2008, beginning at 10:00am at the USP&FO for Arkansas, annex bldg 7102 conference room, camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199-9600. This conference is designed to allow potential offerors to ask any questions, or voice any concerns they may have concerning the preparation of their proposals.
