- The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to provide IOE Employee Training. The solicitation is W90KNA-8216-T022 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by September 4, 2008, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to edwardo.gomezbravo@ng.army.mil 1.0Scope of Work 1.1 The contractor is to deliver the Oregon National Guard's unique curriculum developed for ORNG Institute of Excellence to the leaders and members of the Oregon Army and Air National Guard full time and drill status guard (DSG) employees. 1.2 There are six ORNG unique courses and a Curriculum Development that the contractor shall deliver: The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
