- Interested firms are advised that they must provide their CAGE Code to the Government for final determination of those firms that are authorized to receive a copy of the classified Statement of Work under this acquisition. Those offerors interested in this acquisition must have an existing, valid TOP SECRET (TS) facility clearance and must have the capacity to receive and store documentation up to and including the TS level. Interested firms are reminded that they must also have cleared employee personnel who possess current TS/SCI clearances upon the start of the contract. Foreign nationals will not be authorized to work either directly or indirectly on this effort in any capacity, inclusive of supervisory-management roles; nor have access to any classified documentation under this effort. Interested firms authorized to receive a copy of the solicitation may obtain the classified Statement of Work through direct handcarry or shall provide an e-mail address or fax number authorized for receipt of documents at the SECRET level. For handcarry, the address is 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, 14th floor, Arlington, VA 22033, Attn: Joanne Eldredge. Interested firms shall provide the CAGE Code which holds the Facility Clearance by e-mail to joanne.eldredge@dia.mil and shall certify in writing on their company stationary that their company has the required TS Facility Clearance and the capacity to store documents up to the TOP SECRET level; this written certification shall also be e-mailed to the address shown earlier in this paragraph. The firms who have previously shown interest in this endeavor and do not provide the required security information by the solicitation release date of 27 Aug 2008 will be removed from the list of interested firms.
