- This is a sole source procurement. No "hard copy" Request for Quotation(RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm- fixed price contract to Array Solutions 0001 PST61D-MIL antenna positioner and controllers, unpainted (16 each).
