- Description
- The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD) intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) follow-on contract for NAICS code 541611 for one (1) senior administrative assistant subject matter expert (SME) utilizing the procedures authorized under the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12. The small business size standard for this classification is $6.5 million. The period of performance for this requirement will be a base period of one-year with four (4) one year options thereafter. The SME will provide administrative support for the Rule of Law (ROL) Program which is a component of the US Mission in Iraq. Support shall also be provided to include the Rule of Law Coordinator (ROLC), Regime Crimes Liaison’s Office, Justice Attaché Office and the Law and Order Task Force. The selected source will provide direct support to the ROL staff that includes coordinating the deployment of staff to Baghdad through the State Department and complying with Departmental policies and regulations regarding travel. The SME will also be responsible for processing travel reimbursement vouchers and reimbursement agreements, providing traditional administrative support to the program offices and serving as a point of contact for administrative staff in Baghdad. In addition, the SME will serve as a back-up to the Budget Analyst and assists with the entry of obligations and payment of vendor invoices through the Department’s Financial Management Information System (FMIS). All of the support services will be performed on site within the Finance Staff Offices located at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20530.
