- The National Data Buoy Center intends to negotiate only with Aanderaa Instruments of Attleboro, MA for 2 Each, Inline Doppler Current Sensors with RS-232 output, P/N: 0974100R; 2 Each cable for 4100R w/free end and 1300 Kg breaking strength (length 1 meter assembles per drwg V-9108); 2 Each M32x1.5 flanged Titanium nut per drwg V-9146 to be installed on the cable. These sensors are to be used as replacement spares on deployed buoys. only exact replacement sensors can be used since the designs, drawings, documentation, software and testing fixtures are already in place to support the buoys that utilize these sensors.
