Description: This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation JSQ084073 for HDPE Pipe to be delivered to the BLM Salt Lake Field Office. The type of pipe being requested is SDR-11 (which has a PSI rating of 125). The pipe must be SDR-11, high density polyethylene pipe. Attachment process is "Fusion process." Since the total of the 2" pipe is not divisible by 3,500 evenly, contractor shall provide the extra 320 feet on a separate spool. All other terms and conditions of RFQ JSQ084073 remain unchanged.
