- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Tethis for a NPS 10 Flame Spray Pyrolsis system with a capability of producing powder that is less than 100 nanometers in size. The system must also be compatible with NRL’s in-house proprietary ultra-high purity precursors. NRL requires delivery of the equipment within 12 weeks or less from the date of award. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
