- The United States Army Communications Electronics--Lifecycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract with at One (1) Year option in order to procure Fifteen (15) types of cable assemblies used for SINCGARS and Improved High Frequency Radio (IHFR) radios. The small business size standard is 750 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334290. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunities Web Page (IBOP). THIS WILL BE A REVERSE AUCTION ACQUISITION. THE DATE AND TIME OF THE AUCTION WILL BE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICTATION. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA, supplementary address W25G1U. The shipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with ASTM D 3951. Packages shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The Top Drawing numbers, delivery schedule, price/range quantity requirements are available in a secure area of the IBOP.
