- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered under NAICS code 334517 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirements in this solicitation are: CLIN 0001, Provis Pedestal, 110V w/7ft cable, MFG Part # PPD110-60-507, Qty (1ea), CLIN 0002, Installation Qty (1ea), CLIN 0003, Product Information Pack Qty (1ea), CLIN 0004, Operation Manuals Qty (1ea).
