Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F3Z3888177A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 20080812. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 5812. The North American Industry Classification System is 561790 and the business size standard is $7.0M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is S201. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for a Basic Year and Four Option Years: Basic Year, 01 Oct 08-30 Sep 09; Option Year #1, 01 Oct 09-30 Sep 10; Option Year #2, 01 Oct 10-30 Sep11; Option Year #3, 01 Oct 11-30 Sep 12 and Option Year #4, 01 Oct 12-30 Sep 13 on the following items: Services Nonpersonal: Contractor will furnish labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform hood and duct cleaning services at various locations on Travis AFB CA and Travis AFB Marina at Ft. Baker as described in the attached STATEMENT OF WORK DATED 13 Aug 2008 AND APPENDICES A & B LOCATION LISTING/MAP. This request for quotation consists of the following items: CLIN 0001: Burger King Services, 12 Months; CLIN 0002 Travis Bowl, 4 EA; CLIN 0003 BX Food Court, 4 EA; CLIN 0004 Popeyes (Shoppette), 4 EA; CLIN 0005 Sierra Inn, 4 EA; CLIN 0006 Golden Hills, 4 EA; CLIN 0007 Co-Located Club, 4 EA; CLIN 0008 The Pit, 4 EA; CLIN 0009 DGMC Kitchen, 4 EA; CLIN 0010 CDC #1, 2 EA; CLIN 0011 CDC #2, 2 EA; CLIN 0012 CDC #3, 2 EA; CLIN 0013 Navy Flight Kitchen, 2 EA; CLILN 0014 Golf Club, 2 EA; CLIN 0015 Youth Center, 2 EA; CLIN 0016 Travis Marina (Ft.
