Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G1MN8216AG07, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The NAICS for this solicitation is 541511. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $23.0. This is unrestrictive. This is a commercial request for a Telephone switch to create a telephone switching environment. Must provide a telephone switch capable of handling up to 400 users and 75 concurrent calls. System must provide hardware echo cancellation and must handle up to 24 analog lines quad span digital T1, and Voice Over IP (VOIP) calls. System must be flexible and reliable to include mirrored dricves, redundant power, and cold spare failover. Award Basis: Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: Technical Capability, Price, and delivery schedule. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offertory-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is also applicable. In addition to the price list and drawing, offertory shall submit with their offer a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with Alternate I.
