- DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Baghdad Regional Contracting Center is conducting market research to seek sources capable of providing ECP Maintenance Services (Surveillance Cameras, baggage scanners, pop-up barriers, etc.) in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Sytems Services. Work includes: provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management and anything else required to provide ECP Maintenance Services at the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY! Any information submitted is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. CONTRATOR EQUIPMENT SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: The Contractor will provide three Resident Field Engineers (RFE), one Electrician, and one Project Manager for onsite maintenance support for the International Zone Security System (IZSS) with a period of performance of twelve months. This effort will include troubleshooting, removal and replacement of failed components, software patches and upgrades, and system checkout. The Contractor will also provide periodic maintenance inspections, calibrations, and other preventive maintenance services. Their purpose is to provide Operational Support to sustain the IZSS equipment in the International Zone (IZ) Baghdad, Iraq. Businesses shall submit an electronic copy of their interest via email no later than August 15, 2008, 12:00 p.m. EST. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE FURTHER SOLICITED. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
