- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Competency 4.5, is requiring the acquisition of the VME (Versa Module Europa) State Analyzer and Protocol Checker License Key, required to support AN/UPX-24 Interrogator Set, as a sole source requirement to G&H Technology Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A sole source acquisition is required because the VME Bus Analyzer, Exerciser, and Protocol Checker is the only available unit that is VME based, compatible with existing equipment/systems, and also software compatible. These three requirements are mandatory. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
