- Federal Supply Class(FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424690. Aluminum Powder, Spherical, IAW MIL-PRF-23950B, type IV. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and a estimated maximum quantity of 713,600 pounds. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of delivery order. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. APPROXIMATE issue date is 09 September 2008 with the opening date 21 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes. Electronic bid submission will NOT be accepted in response to the solicitation. All proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time.
