- The Army Reserve Contracting Center East (ARCCE) intends to solicit and award the acquisition of preventive and remedial maintenance for the Auxiliary Power System (APS) at the Army Human Resource Command (AHRC), located at 9700 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63132-5200. The APS consists of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), batteries, standby generators, switchgear and automatic transfer switches, which supplies power to the AHRC computers and support equipment. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. The proposed action is for a one-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Additionally, four, one-year options will be included in the proposed contract. This acquisition will be set aside for competition restricted to small business concerns, as verified on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA), IAW FAR 19.1305. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 August 2008 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulation contract provisions, a bid schedule and performance work statement. The performance work statement will include details of required work elements. It is the responsibility of offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov.
