- The purpose of this admendment is to correct the offer due date closing time on this notice to coincide with the attached solicitation. The closing time is hereby changed from 5:30 pm to 5:00 pm eastern standard time. This notice serves as the synopsis for the upcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSCENV-08-Q-00013. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) website on or about August 14, 2008. The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is soliciting quotations on a full and open competitive basis from qualified contractor’s to enter into a firm fixed price contract for 61 to 65 parking garage spaces to accommodate Government owned vehicles in the downtown area of 630 Sansomest, San Francisco, CA 94111. The parking facility must be within the boundary of Vallejo Street to the North, Grant St to the West, California Street to the South and Drumm Street to the East. Parking area must be indoors and there must be individual spaces for each vehicle and must be large enough to accommodate the following types of vehicles: sedan, utility vehicle, minivan, and maxivan. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded for one base year and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. The base year and each option period will be awarded and exercised subject to the availability of each fiscal year's funds. The DHS welcomes the participation of small business concerns. The anticipated period of performance will be on or about September 1, 2008. The NAICS code is 812930 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. All interested parties must register in Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov.
