- Contracting Office Address: USDA, Forest Service, R-3 Southwestern Region/Western Zone, 2324 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006 Description: The Coconino National Forest is in need of a management consultant to the Forest Supervisor and Forest Leadership Team to improve the use of partnerships. The Coconino National Forest is located in Flagstaff, AZ. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract awarded for the base year with one option to extend for one additional (1) year period. Solicitation will be available on or about August 28, 2008, with quotes due September 29, 2008. The Government will award one contract to the offeror who offers the best value in their written quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency.
