- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This constitutes the only notification before award. Solicitation reference #F4ATA38206A001 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332813. Small business size standard is 500 employees. The Description of Items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. Shipping shall be reflected in all quotations as FOB Destination. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 - QUANTITY: 1 each. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: Ergonomic Blast Cabinet. FS 48" X 48", PRC-9, CDC-9, with upgraded dust collector, 2 cartridges, 452 Sq Ft filtration, 1-1/2 HP Blower Motor, manual reverse jet pulse cleaning. Designed for sit-down operation, Knee-hole indention for sitting operation, elevated foot rest for treddle control, elevated paddle arm rest that pivots, top entry nozzle to take weight off of the operator's hands, cabinet is sound attenuated & doors and trays to catch stray dust. Be able to use plastic bead media mix with aluminum oxide. CLIN 0002 - QUANTITY: 1 each. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: Electrical upgrade to 460 Volts, 3 phase, 60 Hertz. CLIN 0003 - QUANTITY: 1 each. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: Turntable, Rolling 36" diameter, Manual assembly. Delivery is required no later than 60 days from date of contract award. DELIVERY ADDRESS: HQ AFCESA/CEMR, 1001 Mississippi Rd, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. Interested parties must include, with their quote, their CAGE code, tax identification number (TIN), and delivery date.
