- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Rockwell Collins Aerospace and Electronics Incorporated, 2701 Orchard Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134 for the acquisition of fifty (50) OLED SVGA XL display units (p/n 262-3170-010) and fifty (50) prisms (p/n 1148-GP-0004) to support the MK 20 full face mask (FFM) Advanced Project. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. This procurement is in support of a rapid technology development program. After conducting market research and preliminary testing, these particular items were chosen to meet unique design specifications, and ensure hardware compatibility. Rockwell Collins is the only source for these components currently authorized by the Program Sponsor for use in the project. Anticipated award date will be on or about 08/18/08. Delivery will be to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity-Panama City (NSA-PC)110 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334511applies. SBA Size Standard is 750 Employees.
