- Description
- The Naval Air System Command Headquarters (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-05-G-0001 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGSC), Bethpage, NY 11714, for Link 11 Management System PC (LMS-11) for the Egyptian E-2C. This effort will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). NGSC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft and weapon system and as such is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required supplies and services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the FMS customer needs.
