- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, Contracts Office (MTS 4-3), 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) to Ocean Imaging Systems, a division of Marine Systems Technology Inc., North Falmouth, MA, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, for a Digital Sediment Profiling Camera. No responses were received from the Sources Sought notice posted June 26, 2008 which described the specifications. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
