Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1UOHC8213A008 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, 4 August 2006. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 813110, with a Size Standard of $6 Million. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Quantity fifty-two (52) each Request for weekly services rendered as Protestant Religious Education Coordinator for 354 FW/HC from 1 Oct 08 – 30 Sept 09 plus two option years. See attached Statement of Work. Option Year One: 1 Oct 09 – 30 Sept 10 Option Year Two: 1 Oct 10 – 30 Sept 11 Subject to availability of funds for FY10 & FY11. (End description). Quotes must be submitted and received no later than Wednesday, 22 August 2008, at 1400 hours (2:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time.
